Before a winter storm hits, Platinum takes proactive action to ensure our customers’ safety. We start by issuing a weather report via email, advising that we are prepared and ready to meet all your property snow and ice removal needs.
All customer property locations are assigned to a Route Manager. In advance of impending snow or ice, that manager assembles the necessary crew and equipment and all crews are put on standby.
During a storm, we have two dispatchers working to ensure that all properties are thoroughly cleared and salted. We also assign a Site Supervisor, who is responsible for verifying that all quality service standards have been met.
